Dressier fall pieces (thrifted)

**excuse horrible photo quality** okay short post just had these pictures so I figured I'd post them because they have some cool pieces. First of all. Probably my best find of all time, the grey Calvin Klein pants suit from a thrift shop. It was $20. And it's sooooooo perfect. The only thing is that the pants are a but big, but the coat fits well (I think). The whole suit is a size 2. Get one they're perfect and so businessy and sassy. The sunglasses in my hair were also $2 at a mall kiosk in Champaign, and they're awesome. But this isn't a great picture of them obviously. Second picture; the shoes are thrifted and $2-4. I don't remember. I looked them up online and they run for about $90. (!!!!) I forget the brand and I looked for them and couldn't find them, but I'll edit this if I figure it out. I love these shoes with black knee socks as well. It just has a really cute playful fall vibe. I also wore them with a plaid felt skirt, for kind of a school uniform feel.

Good Will Finds

**please excuse my lack of makeup** Okay so here's some stuff I got at Good Will yesterday; god bless my best friend Bryce because he took me even though he didn't want to. Because I still don't have a license (oops). Anyway, I got this really cute varsity looking sweater. Its orange and navy and grey and its super thick and comfy. I'm really happy with this because usually sweaters of this kind have sort of an awkward fit and are stretched in some places but this one wasn't. I also go two flannels, One is blue and grey with a little yellow and the other is yellow, olive, and brownish-grey. They're both size large and super thick, The brown-green one is Croft and Barrow, which I understand to be a pretty solid brand. The other is a brand I've not heard of before. Overall, really happy with these purchases. If you want to build up your winter wardrobe, and you're into thrift shops at all, definitely try to get all of your flannels and sweaters there, because they're so much cheaper (and usually cooler) than buying them at overpriced retail places. This entire purchase was $10. I'm probably going to go again soon because I'm trying to build up my flannel collection, and I also got rid of a ton of sweaters last year and I don't know why, so I need to replenish that collection as well. Happy Autumn!

Fall Flannel

SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING i kind of assumed no one read this but then it actually said i had a bunch of views so I figured I'd continue updating it. These photos are kind of old because I haven't taken any new ones recently (because nursing school is really hard). But anyway here's this. Okay so this flannel is probably the best piece of clothing I own currently. Flannels are really great because they're super warm, but they're not as bulky as sweaters. So I'm really into those right now and less into sweaters as I have been in previous years. This one is from Good Will. I don't really buy any flannels from regular retail places because they're really fitted and usually shrink, and as you can tell I don't enjoy dressing like a girl and really I just hate tight clothing. I have like six(?) flannels from Good Will and I love them all (ps they're from the men's section and usually a size large). They're also actually really good quality brands, too, so they are really thick and don't fall apart. The pants are just from JCPenney. I would actually really recommend JCP for jeans because I've had these since like eight grade and they're really sturdy and still fit. I'm also 5'8 and they're plenty long enough. And they were cheap. The olive colored coat is from a thirft store, It's super warm and I love how it looks. If you can't find one at a thrift store, I see very similar ones going in Forever21 and Urban Outfitters and stores like those. Socks are from Kmart, which is actually an excellent place to purchase wool socks and boot socks because they have tonssss of cute patterns and they're only $4. The sandals are easily the greatest purchase I've ever made. They pretty much knock-off Birks but they were $5 at Good Will. I really want to get some more sandals like these because they're super comfortable (and they're super in right now).
